Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet.

About 6 years ago I started a food blog in my spare time and, about a year later, I started P90X and lost 30 lbs in 90 days. Though I didn't know what coaching was at that time I told anyone that would listen to try P90X. Basically nobody did. I hadn't yet found a way to encourage people to try out a fitness program in a meaningful way. Now that I'm a coach I've been given the tools I need to help someone start a fitness program and actually finish it! I run monthly fitness and health challenge groups to keep people accountable.

I am also a cartographer, environmental field technician and photographer in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and have travelled all over Canada doing environmental consulting. I also love travel and have been to South America and Europe. You could say I'm fairly busy! I still make time to fit in my fitness (almost) everyday and fill my brain with as much fitness and nutrition science as I can.

To date I have completed P90X, P90X3, 21 Day Fix and PiYo. I've also done parts of Insanity and 21 Day Fix Extreme. I really can't believe that list myself! If you had asked me 10 years ago if I thought I would be a health coach I would've said no way. I had arthritis as a teenager and thought I would never be a fit type of person ever! It's amazing how putting one foot in front of the other can change your life.
